Community Support:
I love our community and I am happy to support it as often as I can, in any way. Please ask.
Punctuality:
I strive to always be on time for my guests. If I am running significantly behind, I will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. The only way I can ensure punctuality is if each guest arrives on time for their appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may refuse service or alter services, so as not to affect the rest of the scheduled appointments.
Cancellation:
I request at least 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If 24-hour notice is not given, payment may be requested for missed appointment, and, prior to next appointment, I may require a non-refundable deposit of up to the full amount of the services scheduled. I do understand that life and emergencies happen, so I will use my discretion when enforcing this policy. All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments is tracked.
Redos:
I pride myself on doing a thorough consultation prior to each service to ensure 100% happiness. I realize, on occasion, once you get home you may find something you would like to adjust. I am happy to make those adjustments within ONE week of receiving the service. I cannot provide refunds on services.
Children:
Our salon is very family-friendly. That being said, we also want you to be able to relax during your appointment. Please use discretion when bringing your children to the salon.
Privacy:
We collect emails via our web site, new client forms, and in person. By providing your email, you may be provided certain discounts or promotions, and you will be subscribed to my email newsletter. Your email is also used to confirm in-salon appointments. Our email list will NEVER be shared or sold to an individual or company for any reason. You may request to have your email removed from our list at any time, however, you will no longer receive appointment confirmations and you must abide by our punctuality and cancellation policy (detailed above). If you would like to know how we received your email address, we will provide that information within 30 days.
